3 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup unrefined organic coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped dried dates, pitted
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Once well combined, add chocolate chips or dates; stir gently to combine.
Using a lined and rimmed baking sheet, place a medium scoop of batter about an inch apart along the baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 11 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. Cool and enjoy.
