1 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup cashew butter
12 dried dates, pitted
5 dried apricots
1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
Add the cashews to a food processor and blend until fine. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Shape into round balls. Store in an airtight container on the counter.
