1 cup ground flax
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup Pecans
1 cup freeze dried fruit of choice
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
20 Dates with pits
In a small grinder (such as a coffee grinder) grind flax seeds 1/2 cup at a time. Add ground flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, pecans, freeze dried fruit, salt and cinnamon to a food processor. Blend until it resembles fine crumbs. Remove the pits from the dates and place the dates into the food processor with the seed mix, blend until the mixture comes together. Form into 15 balls. Store in an air tight container on the counter or in the fridge or freezer.

In a small grinder (such as a coffee grinder) grind sesame seeds 1/2 cup at a time. Add ground sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews, freeze dried fruit, salt and ginger to a food processor. Blend until it resembles fine crumbs. Remove the pits from the dates and place the dates into the food processor with the seed mix, blend until the mixture comes together. Form into 15 balls. Store in an air tight container on the counter or in the fridge or freezer.
