1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 tteaspoon Celtic sea salt
Several dashes nutmeg (fresh if possible)
1/4 cup roasted or raw almonds
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup raw pecans
1/4 cup freeze dried raspberries
1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until it resembles fine crumbs. Store in a glass jar in the cupboard for 1 month. Add several scoops to gluten free oatmeal while cooking, sprinkle over salads or pasta, or simmer 1/2 cup of the seed porridge in 1 cup of water or coconut milk. Enjoy.
